Strong manual dexterity and good eye hand coordination required. Must be able to perform well defined visual procedures and processes often following written documentation or visual aids. Ability to use, after training, various injection, and compression machines. Hand trim parts and at times, measurement gages to verify or discern the quality of product being produced on automatic/manual equipment. Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods of time. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and efficient work area, setting up and monitoring production, and actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives related to safety, production, and quality.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITES\nMonitor machine to perform a variety of Machine Injection and Compression Press processes which will result in electrical safety products.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.\nExcellent observation skills to identify key details and potential issues.\nAssist with troubleshooting machine issues and performing routine maintenance tasks.\nCreative thinking and idea generation to contribute to process improvements.\nStrong analytical skills to analyze information and concepts effectively.\nAbility to communicate information clearly and effectively.\nU.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS\nDue to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.\nYOU MUST HAVE\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent.\nStrong technical skills and ability to operate machinery and equipment.\nThis can be an entry level position.
