React-only or AngularJS-only experience is insufficientReal-time and collaborative UI: WebSockets, REST-backed durable changes, optimistic concurrency/version checks, reconnect and stale-state recovery, conflict presentation, notifications and safe undo behaviour for multi-user workflowsPython services and APIs: Strong production experience with Python and FastAPI or a comparable framework, including Pydantic-style contracts, SQLAlchemy/ORM, REST design, authentication and validation. Must understand asynchronous execution, long-running jobs, progress events, retries, idempotency, cancellation and failure recoveryData, cloud and operations: Relational data modelling and SQL/PostgreSQL, versioning and audit patterns, AWS, containers/EKS or Kubernetes, S3, CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code.
