Delivery Driver/Yard Worker

We want to add a responsible Delivery Driver/Yard Worker to our team. Whether you are looking to start a career in the powersports business or just retired and looking for something to do, this position is perfect for either scenario. Ideally, we are looking for a full-time team member, but we are willing to work around your wants. Duties & Expectations will include, but are not limited to, the following: Driver Responsibilities Deliver a wide variety of machines to different locations Follow routes and schedule Load, unload, prepare, inspect, and operate a delivery vehicle Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve clients’ complaints Complete logs and reports Follow DOT regulations and safety standards Some lifting required at times. Yard Worker Responsibilities- Unload deliveries of machines & put crates in appropriate locations Uncrate machines for build & prep Wash, dry, and polish machines for delivery Bring machines in and out of the shop for technicians when instructed Maintain forklift Light mechanical work Keep shop clean & organized Skills Proven working experience as a Delivery Driver Valid driver’s license Ability to operate forklifts and tractors in a variety of weather and traffic conditions Excellent organizational and time management skills Good driving record with no traffic violations High school degree Operate a half ton truck with a large enclosed trailer Job Type: Full-time Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Shift: 8 hour shift Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) License/Certification: Driver's License (Required) Shift availability: Day Shift (Required) Ability to Relocate: Rutland, VT 05701: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
