The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining offset printing presses, ensuring high-quality production and meeting deadlines. This will be for 2nd shift ( M-F 3pm-11pm) or 3rd shift (M-F 11pm-7am).\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nSet up and operate offset printing presses, including 2-color and 4-color presses.\nMonitor press operations to ensure quality output and troubleshoot any issues that arise.\nPerform routine maintenance and lubrication of printing presses to ensure optimal performance.\nManage plate registration and ink fountain adjustments for precise printing results.\nInspect printed materials for quality and consistency, making necessary adjustments as required.\nCollaborate with the production team to ensure timely completion of jobs and effective workflow.\n\nQualifications\n\n1+ years experience as an Offset Press Operator or similar role.\nKnowledge of offset printing processes and equipment, (Ryobi 520 a plus - not required).\nFamiliarity with 2-color and 4-color printing techniques a plus.\nAbility to perform maintenance and lubrication on printing equipment.\nAttention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and teamwork abilities.\nOpen to training on 1st shift until fully trained.\n\nBenefits\n\nCompetitive compensation - Shift differentials\n401K: match up to 5% with $1/$1 matching\nDental Insurance\nHealth Insurance\nVision Insurance\nPTO\n- For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
