{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"442e1f1bb35f0b31bfcc6c8d","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/442e1f1bb35f0b31bfcc6c8d","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/442e1f1bb35f0b31bfcc6c8d","title":"DevOps / SRE Engineer (CDI)","description":"DevOps / Site Reliability EngineerLum Network is looking for a DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer to participate in the development of the blockchain protocol alongside its associated tools, resources and applications.You will be part of an experienced team at a small and efficient scale (10-15 people) delivering products and services used by thousands of companies and end-users on a daily basis.Key AccountabilitiesEnsure the stability, availability, alerting and monitoring of all deployed resources and especially the main-net Lum Network nodesParticipate in the accessibility and self-deployment capabilities of all the open source tools dedicated to the Lum Network communityImprove and automate processes such as builds, CI/CD and testsEnsure exemplarity in code quality through thorough technical reviews (pull requests)Collaborate on work organization with the rest of the Product and Engineering teams (task management, priority reviews, experimental features)Write technical documentation (design documents and technical proposals, change logs)Help with recruiting more awesome engineers by interviewing candidates and improving existing processes (new exercises, scorecard changes)Required Skills and KnowledgeAdvanced knowledge in system administration: cloud instances, load balancing, object / block storage etc...Experience using deployment automation tools & softwares alongside orchestrators such as: Ansible / Puppet / ChefExperience designing, maintaining and delivering advanced network configurations (vLans, VPCs, VPNs, Firewalls...)Experience using or working with Kubernetes (Docker) and ArgoCD is a plusExperience using or working with decentralized technologies is a big plusAbout You2+ years of professional experience working with any of the technologies (or similar) mentioned in the previous sectionSelf-motivated and able to work independentlyLove to write clean, reusable code, especially when it is open-sourcedSolid communication skills (in English) and team-working capabilityPositive and logical approach together with willingness to learnAttention to detail and a passion for qualityStrong interest in blockchain & cryptocurrency technologiesYou are a skilled engineer who do not check all the boxes to apply but you would love to contribute?
