Become an integral part of our journey as we collaboratively Form Our Future Together, setting the stage for a new era in semiconductor excellence.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nSupport process development activities in the engineering group for chemical etch, dry etch, parylene coating, sputter, shadow masking, optical inspection.\nSupport production operation for the areas of parylene coating, sputtering, and etching.\nAct as the first point of contact for resolving operational issues raised by production operators; escalate to engineering as necessary.\nTrain and certify other technicians and operators on tools, processes, and to develop technical skills, teamwork, and leadership.\nFollow verbal instructions to generate test run documents, execute experiments from start to finish, and write detailed reports on the results.\nWrite and implements operating procedures and work instructions.\nPerform set-up, calibration, and qualification tasks on wafer fabrication equipment.\nEDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS\nAn Associate or Bachelor’s degree in technical field preferred, but not required if excellent track record as a manufacturing tech can be demonstrated\nMinimum of 1 years of semiconductor industry for fabrication, assembly, or testing\nAbility to prioritize between multiple assignments, handle rapidly changing directions, and confidently address potentially conflicting instructions\nAbility to work independently with general direction and minimal oversight\nExcellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills\nStrong oral and written communication skills.\nThe pay range for this role in Livermore, CA is between $25.80 and $33.86. The pay range may differ in other locations. FormFactor maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in education, training, skills, relevant work experience, business needs and market demands.
