You'll use a multitude of data source standards such as REST/OData/OAuth and employ your knowledge of SharePoint's, and other web development tools, security and information management capabilities across a variety of our customer's development platforms and scenarios.\r\nResponsibilities\r\nDevelop SharePoint from OOTB to custom applications and UX/UI (2010, 2013, 2016, 2019, Online, O365) by maintaining large lists and libraries, permissions and site structures, custom workflows, and Microsoft best practices.\r\nDesign and implement intuitive, user-centered UI/UX for web applications, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.\r\nConduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.\r\nCreate wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts and gather stakeholder approval.\r\nIntegrate and develop multiple data sources to provide customized Dashboards for senior management and government clients.\r\nWork with programming languages and scripting methods including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.\r\nCreate secure applications systems utilizing IC or DoD security guidelines.\r\nExperience utilizing DevOps tools such as a version control system.\r\nLead with software testing, documentation, and training.\r\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and developers to ensure cohesive product delivery.\r\nEnsure web applications are responsive and provide an optimal viewing experience across various devices and browsers.\r\nAdhere to WCAG guidelines to ensure 508 compliance in all web development projects.\r\nQualifications\r\nRequired\r\nBA/BS degree and 8 years of experience. In lieu of a bachelor's degree, 2 additional years of experience if AA/AS, or 4 additional years of experience with HS diploma.\r\nTS/SCI w/ Poly Clearance is required.\r\nExperience with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Framework, high availability, and enterprise infrastructure.\r\nExperience with SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, SSRS Report Designer.\r\nKnowledge of PHP applications (WordPress, Joomla, and Drupal).\r\nExperience with 508 compliance.\r\nKnowledge of Agile methodologies.\r\nExperience with SharePoint migrations.\r\nWebsite design experience.\r\nEstablishes operational plans for technical area.\r\nDevelops and implements innovative products, processes, standards or operational plans achieved through research and integration of best practices that will have impact on the achievement of functional results of a project or system.\r\nExperience communicating with executive leadership.\r\nProficiency in UI/UX design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.\r\nStrong understanding of front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.\r\nExperience with user-centered design processes and usability testing.\r\nMust remain on the client site during Program core hours of 0900-1500.\r\nDesired\r\nExperience using ServiceNow Agile or SAFE capabilities.\r\nExperience using programming languages including Python, PHP, Java, and Bash.\r\nFamiliarity with front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.\r\nExperience with knowledge management, taxonomy, folksonomy.\r\nExperience creating and/or managing web governance, policies, and procedures.\r\nExperience developing PHP front-end applications and applets.\r\nKnowledge of developing Azure or AWS cloud environments.\r\nExperience with SQL and mySQL.\r\nPortfolio of UI/UX design work showcasing a variety of projects and design skills.\r\nWhat You Can Expect\r\nA culture of integrity.
