About the JobEA Talent Solutions has been engaged by our client, a Top 50 professional services and wealth management firm, who is seeking an experienced IT Manager to join their growing team. Reporting to the CIO, this role is responsible for the day-to-day support of information systems delivering core business functions, while also contributing to strategic technology planning and security initiatives.ResponsibilitiesEnsure smooth technical operations across all firm platforms and information systemsMaintain documentation of procedures, operations, and configurationsImplement features to maximize value and user experience across platformsIdentify and maintain awareness of security concerns; enforce IT policies firm-wideCollaborate with managed service provider for help desk and day-to-day supportPrioritize and manage both ongoing IT projects and daily support needsTranslate business needs into effective information systems solutionsEducate staff on technology and its strategic useStay current on fintech trends and implement new tools to improve efficiencyProvide technical guidance and support to the operations teamContribute to budget planning and technology strategy as requestedTravel to remote offices and industry events as neededQualificationsBachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field3+ years of experience with financial technology supporting financial advisorsProficiency with Microsoft cloud technologies including Entra ID, AutoPilot, Intune, and the Microsoft 365 suite (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams)Experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics CRMUnderstanding of Meraki Networks and VPN technologiesProven track record of successfully executing technology projectsStrong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated managerial and mentoring abilitiesSelf-motivated, detail-oriented, and resourceful problem solverPassion for technology and eagerness to explore emerging toolsAs a recruitment and workforce management service, we are committed to promoting equal employment opportunity in all recruitment processes.
