Required Skills and Qualifications:8+ years of experience in Ruby on Rails development.4+ years of experience in Node.js development.Proven experience in refactoring and optimizing existing applications.Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, and best practices.Proficient in working with RESTful APIs, databases (SQL, NoSQL), and server-side technologies.Experience with version control systems (Git).Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
