Creative Services Manager
This is a place that has spent twenty years building foundational relationships with some of the world's most recognised beauty and lifestyle brands, and now they’re looking for a Creative Services Manager to own their operational backbone as they scale up.This is the rare senior operations role where you shape how creative work flows through an agency rather than simply managing individual projects. You will have genuine authority to redesign workflows, optimise resourcing systems, and set the operational standard that enables a talented team to deliver exceptional beauty brand work efficiently and profitably.The RoleYou will own three core dimensions that keep this agency running: driving efficiency and profitability by managing project workflows, resourcing systems, and financial health; leading all creative production from pre-production through post-delivery, including budgeting, vendor negotiation, and casting; and creating the conditions for people to excel by managing facilities and building a strong studio culture.The scope is comprehensive. You will manage full resourcing and workflow for all brand, campaign, and content engagements, own master budgets and financial reconciliation, oversee the freelance pool, and report weekly KPIs on utilisation and engagement health. You will mentor the Studio Coordinator and partner with Account and Team Leads on staffing decisions.The Package$100,000 - $130,000Hybrid workingBig on balancing collaboration with flexibilityThe PersonA senior production professional with 5 - 8 years of experience managing complex creative productions at a mid-to-large agency or in-house at a beauty brand.You have deep experience with digital activations, understand beauty brand requirements, and have managed multi-disciplinary teams.
