maintain program dashboards using BI tools and Jira to report on delivery metrics, burn-down, and velocity to leadershipStandardize program management processes and post-mortem templates across the engineering organizationManage stakeholder communication plans to ensure transparent alignment on launch timelines and blockersWhat We Are Looking For4-7 years of technical program or project management experience within a high-growth software or technology companyDeep familiarity with software development lifecycles (SDLC), agile methodologies, and modern CI/CD pipelinesProficient with project tracking tools like Jira, Confluence, Notion, and data visualization tools like Looker or TableauExceptional written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to lead cross-functional technical teams without direct authorityBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical fieldBonus: PMP, CSM, or equivalent agile certification,
