The ideal candidate will be committed to safety, accuracy, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced industrial environment.\nDuties\nAssemble mechanical components using hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, and specialized industrial equipment, following detailed assembly instructions and schematics.\nInterpret blueprints, technical drawings, and manufacturing documents to ensure correct assembly and adherence to specifications.\nMeasure parts accurately utilizing precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and shop math techniques.\nUse schematic diagrams and technical drawings to guide assembly processes and troubleshoot issues.\nPerform quality checks on assembled products using measuring instruments and visual inspection to meet quality standards.\nHandle manual tasks including component placement, fastening, soldering, and minor machining as required.\nMaintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).\nAssist in the setup and calibration of machinery or tools necessary for assembly operations.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on processes or potential efficiencies.\nRequirements\nProven experience with mechanical assembly, manufacturing processes, or related industrial roles.\nProficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.\nSkilled in using measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools.\nKnowledge of shop math principles relevant to manufacturing environments.\nFamiliarity with hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, and specialized industrial equipment.\nAbility to interpret technical documents including production instructions and schematics.\nMechanical knowledge with an understanding of machining or soldering techniques is preferred.\nStrong manual dexterity and manual handling skills for precise assembly tasks.\nCommitment to safety practices including proper PPE use in an industrial setting.\nGood communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment.\nThis position provides a vital role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing operations.
