This role supports the full software development lifecycle by providing test coverage, identifying defects, and maintaining automated test suites built with C# and Playwright.\nRequired Skills & Abilities:\nManual Testing\nReview requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.\nDevelop and execute manual test cases for new features, regression cycles, and integrations.\nPerform exploratory testing to uncover unexpected behaviors and edge cases.\nDocument clear, reproducible defects and collaborate cross-functionally for resolution.\nAutomation\nBuild, maintain, and enhance automated UI and functional tests using C# and Playwright or equivalent automation tooling.\nContribute to the automation framework and ensure tests are reliable, maintainable, and scalable.\nIntegrate automated suites into pipelines and monitor ongoing test health.\nInvestigate automation failures and perform root-cause analysis.\nCollaboration & Process\nParticipate in and contribute to sprint planning, estimations.\nSupport continuous improvement of QA processes, standards, and tooling.\nAssist product owners, developers, and collaborate with stakeholders when needed.\nRequired Experience\nStrong experience in both manual QA and test automation.\nDemonstrated proficiency with C#\nPreferred Experience\nUnderstanding of web application architecture and REST APIs.\nExperience with version control (Github) and Azure Devops (Jira is a plus).\nSQL experience for data validation.\nExperience in Playwright preferred, other automation experience is a plus.\nAPI automation experience.\nExperience with cloud-based environments.\nImplemented AI-assisted quality assurance automation to detect errors, validate outputs, and enhance consistency across large data sets.
