DescriptionThe Operations Supervisor is responsible for managing the daily activities and performance of the operations team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and in compliance with company policies and standards. This role requires a balance of strategic planning and hands-on execution to drive productivity and achieve operational goals. Operations Supervisors must be adept at troubleshooting issues, optimizing processes, and leading their teams towards continuous improvement.
