If you have 8+ years of experience and a strong background with tools like AutoCAD, Revit, and RISA for structural analysis/design, we want to connect with you.At MRA, no two days are the same. You'll work on a wide variety of exciting projects - telecommunications facilities (towers, tanks, rooftops, and more), retaining walls, and everything from mid-rise to high-rise concrete structures and multi-family developments. You'll be part of a collaborative environment that values innovation, technical excellence, and forward-thinking design.What You'll Do Design, analyze, and detail structural systems using steel, masonry, concrete, and wood Develop construction documents and models using AutoCAD and Revit (BIM) Perform structural analysis and modeling using RISA (RISA-3D and related tools) Lead or support the preparation of proposals, reports, and design concepts Solve complex engineering challenges with efficient, code-compliant solutions Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality projects across FloridaRequirementsBachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (PE license required; Master's degree a plus)Proficiency in structural design of steel, concrete, and woodStrong experience with RISA Suite (RISA-3D, RISA Foundation, RISA Connection)Familiarity with tools like tnxTower, Enercalc, L-Pile, Excel, and AutoCADA collaborative spirit with a desire to mentor junior engineers and review technical workBusiness development savvy and a proactive mindsetAspiration to be a go-to technical leader and serve as Engineer of RecordBenefitsWe believe in taking care of our team—professionally, personally, and everything in between.
