Production Manager

Job Description: Installed Building Products (IBP) is seeking a skilled and experienced Production Manager to oversee our insulation and gutters division. As the Production Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the production process, including scheduling, inventory management, quality control, and team leadership. Responsibilities: Oversee the production of insulation and gutter materials, ensuring that all products meet quality standards Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand Manage inventory levels and order materials as needed Hire, train, and supervise production staff Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and logistics, to ensure smooth operations Monitor production metrics and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs Resolve any issues that arise during the production process in a timely manner Preferred Qualifications: Experience in production management, preferably in the insulation or gutter industry Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent problem-solving abilities Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software Physical demands: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.
