Program Manager, Maine Recovery HUB

Position Summary:The Program Manager will provide oversight and management of the Maine Recovery Hub. The Program Manager will establish administrative procedures and guidelines to ensure effective program outcomes in the areas of coordination, training and support.FLSA Classification: Salaried, ExemptJob Duties and Responsibilities:General Responsibilities:Works with Executive Director, Statewide Recovery Coach Coordinator and the Project Administrator in order to fulfill the project deliverablesOversee the day-to-day activities of the HUBOversee subcontractors to ensure deliverables are metSupervise the Statewide Recovery Coach Coordinator to ensure policies and guidelines of the HUB are adhered toSupervise data collection and ensure outcome measures are reported as neededCommunicate effectively with PRCC leadership, the Department of Health and Human Services, affiliated centers, the Advisory Board, and stakeholdersSupervise the Recovery Friendly Workplace Advisor to ensure program successFinancial Performance:Utilize resources efficiently to ensure the project's financial healthManage the project budget and prepare reports for submission to the Department in a timely mannerWorkplan Implementation:Oversee and develop appropriate strategies to ensure that the project work plan is implementedWork directly with the Executive Director and collaboratively with the Advisory Board and stakeholders to support the project's goals and objectivesPromote the HUB's goals by being active, responsive, and visible with the affiliated centers and in the communityWork with the Executive Director and the Department of Health and Human Services to create and meet performance measuresEstablish and maintain relationships with various organizations throughout the state and utilize those relationships to strategically enhance the effectiveness of the HUBSupervise staff and provide staff with opportunities for professional growthOversee marketing and other communications effortsOversee development and implementation of advocacy and education effortsReports to: Executive DirectorSupervises:Statewide Recovery Coach CoordinatorProject AdministratorRecovery Friendly Workplace AdvisorProfessional Qualifications:Lived experience in recovery preferred and passion for supporting people in recoveryStrong knowledge of field of recovery and regard and respect for multiple pathwaysBachelor's degree required; master's degree preferredDemonstrated leadership skillsFive or more years' nonprofit project management experience requiredBudget management skills, including budget preparation, analysis, decision-making and reportingStrong organizational abilities including planning, delegating, and program developmentSkills to present and provide support to the Advisory Board members and volunteersStrong written and oral communication skillsDemonstrated ability to oversee and collaborate with staffStrong public speaking abilityBenefits:Health insurance with employer HSA contributionGenerous PTO accrual12 paid holidaysDental and vision insuranceShort-term and Long-term disability coverageLife insuranceWork Schedule:
