As the business continues to grow, they are investing in strong operational leadership to improve engineering processes, develop talent, and build scalable systems that support continued expansion.\nThe Role\nThis is a hands-on leadership position responsible for managing the Engineering and Drafting team while overseeing engineering operations from approved submittals through fabrication-ready production drawings.\nThe Engineering Manager will establish engineering standards, improve departmental processes, mentor engineers and drafters, and ensure production drawings are accurate, consistent, and aligned with manufacturing requirements.
