Pay range $20–$26 depending on skill level and experience. Responsibilities Operate a line of multiple spindle screw machines, following setup instructions and ensuring quality of parts. Maintain production levels and quality standards; perform all required SPC charting. Maintain tool log sheets; remove, sharpen and reset tools as necessary. Load bar‐stock and pull chips as needed. Make adjustments and perform minor repairs to machines. Keep work area neat and orderly, following yellow pan, containment process and FOD requirements. Execute assigned preventive maintenance tasks and wear required personal protective equipment. Participate in continuous improvement activities and perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Two years prior machine operator experience or completion of a screw machine operator training program. Basic math skills and ability to use micrometers and other measuring devices. Ability to read and interpret drawings. Ability to inspect parts with good visual acuity. Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods. Experience working from a ladder or stairs.
