If you are passionate about changing the world by empowering revolutionary new quantum technologies, we want to hear from you!\nDuties and Responsibilities\nInstall and commission Entropy Quantum Computers at customer locations, integrated with\nexisting infrastructure.\nTroubleshoot and resolve hardware, optical, and mechanical issues on-site.\nWork closely with remote software engineering teams to debug and optimize system\nperformance.\nPerform hands-on repairs, maintenance, and system calibrations\nProvide technical guidance and support to customers, ensuring a smooth user experience.\nDocument system configurations, issues, and solutions to enhance deployment and support\nprocesses.\nTravel to customer sites as required.\nRequired Skills and Experience\nStrong background in physics, mathematics, and engineering (opto-electrical, electronics,\nmechanical).\nGreat knowledge of networking, TCP/IP protocols, operating systems (Linux and Windows), and\ncloud services\nHands-on experience with optical-electrical hardware like lasers, photodiodes, and electronics\nFamiliar with single photon detector, proficient in using testing equipment such as oscilloscope,\nfunction generator, optical spectrum analyzer, optical power meter\nAbility to diagnose and repair hardware and optical failures in complex systems.\nFast learner and open-minded\nTeam player: Proficiency in working with remote teams to troubleshoot and resolve software\nand hardware-related issues.\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first mindset.\nLift heavy weights up to 40 lbs\nPreferred Skills and Experience\nExperience with high-performance computing customers\nFamiliar with Python, C/C++\nNetworking certifications as Cisco CCNA, CompTIA Network+, JNCIA-Junos or equivalent are a\nnice to have\nIncumbent(s) in this position may be required to perform other duties and special assignments not specifically stated above.
