About the Opportunity:The Team Lead- Resource is responsible for collaborating with a team of Analysts to achieve contact center objectives and improve customer service quality. This role provides ongoing support to contact center representatives, manages real-time performance oversight, and reports on key metrics. The position impacts the organization by ensuring effective resource management and maintaining high standards in customer interactions.3. Responsibilities:• Provide daily guidance and support to contact center representatives• Support ongoing training for new contact center hires• Manage customer escalations requiring deviations from standard procedures• Oversee real-time site and queue performance• Monitor calls and emails, providing feedback to maintain quality standards• Expedite sensitive operational issues and make decisions or escalate as needed• Assist with customer inquiries during high volume periods• Act as liaison between representatives, supervisors, and other departments• Perform administrative duties as assigned• Participate in departmental and divisional initiatives when requested• Manage a team of resource analysts to ensure work standards are met4. Requirements:• High School Diploma or GED (accredited)• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, including at least 1 year in the same organization’s customer service role• Preferred: 1 year or more experience in Resource Management as an Analyst• Proficient in MS Office and strong keyboarding skills• Professional verbal and email communication skills• Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and remain effective under pressure• Excellent verbal, written, and analytical skills• Ability to manage difficult customer situations and respond promptly to requests• Demonstrated punctuality and teamwork skills• Adaptability to frequent changes in the work environment• Internal candidates must have no disciplinary actions within 180 days and maintain satisfactory performance ratings5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:• The expected starting pay range for this position across the U.S. is $26-29 per hour. Salary offered may vary based on experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.6.
