In this role, you will use your WebEOC development skills to configure and customize emergency management solutions—while working directly with clients to drive meaningful, real-world impact.\n\nYou'll collaborate within an Agile team that values innovation, quality, and continuous learning. If you're passionate about applying technology to support public safety and emergency response missions and thrive in fast-paced, client-facing environments, we'd love to hear from you.\n\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\n\nCustomize and configure applications using HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and related front-end technologies.\nCollaborate with solution architects to deliver secure, scalable, and reusable design solutions.\nParticipate actively in Agile ceremonies and contribute to peer code reviews.\nSupport client engagements, document technical requirements, and provide training as needed.\nPerform testing, debugging, and quality control with minimal supervision.\nEnsure solutions meet security and accessibility standards (e.g., Section 508).\n\nRequired Education, Experience, and Skills:\n\nBachelor's degree required.\nWebEOC experience required.\n5 years of professional experience in web development (JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS, JSON, XML, XSLT).\nMinimum 2 years in a client-facing role.\nStrong experience writing test cases and troubleshooting complex technical issues.\nExperience working in Agile Scrum or Kanban environments.\nExcellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.\nProven ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.\n\nPreferred Education, Experience, and Skills:\n\nExperience with Microsoft SQL Server or other relational databases.\nExperience working within a customer's secure remote environment.\nKnowledge of emergency management systems or public sector IT.\nFamiliarity with Jira, Confluence, and automated testing tools.\nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and source control tools such as GitLab.\nCertified WebEOC Administrator, or willingness to obtain certification within 12 months of hire.\n\nOur estimated salary range for this position is $ 100,000- $ 160,000; this presented salary range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
