We’re looking for a Treatment Coordinator who thrives on helping patients understand their care, feel confident in their decisions, and move forward with treatment.This role is ideal for someone who is organized, compassionate, confident in communication, and energized by helping patients say “yes” to the care they need.What You’ll DoAs our Treatment Coordinator, you’ll serve as the bridge between the clinical team and our patients—ensuring treatment plans are clearly communicated, financially understood, and smoothly scheduled.Key ResponsibilitiesPresent treatment plans clearly and confidently to patients Explain procedures, sequencing, and benefits in a patient-friendly way Review insurance estimates, patient portions, and financing options Coordinate scheduling for recommended treatment Track case acceptance and follow up with patients who haven’t scheduled Collaborate closely with doctors, hygienists, and front office team Maintain accurate documentation in the practice management system Deliver a calm, supportive, hospitality-driven patient experience What We’re Looking ForRequiredDental office experience (treatment coordination, front office, or clinical background) Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills Comfort discussing finances and helping patients make informed decisions Highly organized with attention to detail Professional, warm, and confident demeanor Preferred (but Not Required)Experience with insurance verification and estimates Familiarity with Open Dental or similar practice management software Background in dental assisting, hygiene, or case presentation Why Cove Dental CareRelationship-based, patient-first culture Supportive, team-driven environment (no corporate feel) Leadership that values clarity, systems, and professional growth Competitive pay based on experience Full-time, stable position with long-term opportunity
