We are looking for an energetic, passionate Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team of highly credentialed behavioral health experts. Responsibilities Conduct initial patient assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide ongoing medication management, including Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT). Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team of experts to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care. Educate and support patients and their families, empowering them to actively participate in their care and long-term recovery journey. Maintain timely and accurate documentation in our user-friendly electronic health record system. Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards of care while fostering a compassionate and welcoming environment. Qualifications Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner (Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner preferred but not required). Active state licensure as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN). Minimum of 2 years of experience providing care to patients, preferably in a psychiatric or mental health setting. Familiarity with electronic health record systems is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for collaborative care. Hours & Flexibility This part-time role requires 4 to 16 hours per week, with flexibility for the Nurse Practitioner to come into the office for 1 or 2 days.
