We currently operate 13 store locations and growing.Our team members are responsible for creating a great store energy and most importantly driving sales, while maintaining excellent visual standards and effective operational controls within your store. Successful team members are sales focused, KPI (key performance indicators) driven, high energy, and enjoy providing outstanding service to our guests.Job Requirements:Be a team player with a positive attitudeDRIVE SALES by providing the highest level of customer service by building relationships with customers to determine their needs and suggesting additional wardrobe optionsEffectively utilize the point of sale system to process transactions and capture customer informationAssist in processing shipmentsMaintain store standards to ensure the store is visually appealing
