Mobile Service BDC AgentFully Remote - Direct Hire OpportunitySalary: $60,000Schedule: Inbound hours are 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST | Will cover the back end of this scheduleOverviewThe Mobile Service BDC Agent serves as a key connection point between dealerships, customers, and internal teams. This role focuses on driving appointment volume and supporting mobile service operations through customer outreach, dealership support, and performance tracking.This is a fully remote position, ideal for someone comfortable in a high-volume, technology-driven communication environment.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Outreach & Lead GenerationConduct outbound calls using customer and recall lists to schedule mobile service appointmentsExecute text and email campaigns to generate new service leadsManage inbound and outbound communication across multiple channelsDealer Support & System ManagementAssist dealerships with configuring mobile service offerings and scheduling workflowsSupport automation setup and ongoing system optimizationPartner with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve software-related issuesPerformance Tracking & ReportingTrack key metrics, including scheduled and completed appointmentsGenerate performance reports for internal teams and dealership leadershipAnalyze data and recommend strategies to increase service volumeRelationship ManagementLead recurring meetings with dealership personnel to review performance and outreach effortsProvide ongoing support and training on tools and best practicesBuild and maintain strong relationships across multiple locationsDocumentation & CollaborationMaintain accurate records of dealership interactions and meeting summariesParticipate in internal meetings to align on goals and prioritiesEnsure consistent communication across internal and external stakeholdersQualificationsRequiredHigh School Diploma or equivalent2+ years of customer service experienceStrong verbal and written communication skillsComfortable with phone, email, and text-based communicationAbility to handle objections and adapt quickly in customer interactionsAbility to work effectively in a remote, team-oriented environmentPreferredStrong technical aptitude with scheduling/reporting toolsSelf-motivated with excellent time management skillsAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive improvementsWork EnvironmentFully remote, supporting multiple dealership locationsHigh-volume communication environment (phone, email, text)Fast-paced, performance-driven settingEqual Opportunity Employer
