If you're a team player who's dedicated to delivering top-quality results every day, then we want you to come cook with us!What You'll Do:The International Logistics Coordinator manages day‑to‑day global logistics operations for Traeger's import and export activities. This role coordinates shipments through TMS platforms, routing systems, freight partners, customs brokers, and internal teams to ensure efficient, accurate, and cost‑effective movement of goods. Responsibilities include tracking shipments, resolving customs and delivery exceptions, managing freight claims, and driving process improvements across international freight operations. This position requires strong organizational skills, proactive communication across time zones, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities in a fast-paced environment. This position is on-site 3 days a week in downtown Salt Lake City (M,T,W).How You'll Help Us Win:Coordinate import and export shipments in alignment with Supply Planning and International Sales teamsRoute and manage orders using TMS systems, ensuring accurate and timely communication of shipment information to logistics partnersTrack international shipments and proactively manage exceptions, delays, and delivery issuesEnsure all documentation for international shipments is complete, accurate, and compliant with customs regulationsAssess, diagnose, and report on transportation and fulfillment performance using data analysisReview freight rates, service options, and carrier programs to identify cost‑saving opportunitiesImplement process enhancements that reduce costs, improve on-time delivery, and increase supply chain efficiencyPartner with customs brokers, freight forwarders, carriers, and 3PL warehouses to resolve operational issuesManage Traeger's air freight program, including routing decisions, cost oversight, and performance trackingFile freight claims, track resolution, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrenceCore Competencies:Attention to Detail – High accuracy in documentation, compliance requirements, and data entry with minimal errorsProblem Solving – Diagnoses root causes of logistics issues and implements practical solutions under time pressureAnalytical Thinking – Interprets shipment data, identifies trends, and translates findings into actionable recommendationsCommunication – Communicates clearly and proactively with internal teams, vendors, and customers across time zones and culturesAccountability – Takes ownership of issues through resolution; follows through on commitments without requiring oversightSystems Proficiency – Quickly learns and navigates TMS platforms, routing tools, and logistics systemsAdaptability – Adjusts priorities effectively when exceptions arise; remains composed during operational firefightingProcess Orientation – Identifies inefficiencies and builds repeatable solutions rather than one-off fixesWhat You'll Need To Succeed:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, International Business, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related fieldProficiency in Microsoft Excel (experience with formulas, data analysis, and pivot tables preferred)Strong organizational and project management skillsDemonstrated ability to work independently and manage competing prioritiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPreferred:Internship or coursework experience in logistics, supply chain, operations, or a related fieldExposure to data analysis tools or SQLFamiliarity with TMS or ERP systemsInterest in process improvement or operational problem-solvingWhy You'll Love Working Here:Be part of the most disruptive force in outdoor cookingJoin a true team working towards a common goalCulture of risk-taking, innovation, & qualitySo.
