It takes the imagination and passion of all of us—from design and engineering to the manufacturing and marketing of our billions of MedTech products per year—to look at the impossible and find transformative solutions that turn dreams into possibilities.\n\nJob Description\nJob Summary:\n\nThe Technical Operator for Sterilization is responsible for operating and maintaining sterilization equipment and systems to ensure the safe and effective sterilization of medical devices, equipment to be use a PC interpretation for HMI.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nOperate sterilization equipment (PC, HMI) according to validated procedures.\n\nTrack all the products around conveyor systems, and Sterilization Room, to unjam boxes or trays.\n\nLoad products into conveyors and manipulate the interface of the HMI.\n\nUnwrap material prior to sterilization cycle.\n\nLoad/unload product manually once the manual line is running.\n\nMonitor and document sterilization cycles, parameters, and outcomes.\n\nPerform routine equipment checks, cleaning, and minor maintenance.\n\nMaintain accurate records of sterilization batches and logs.\n\nCollaborate with Quality Assurance and Maintenance teams to resolve issues.\n\nIdentify and report deviations or equipment malfunctions promptly.\n\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives in sterilization processes.\n\nMaintain clean working area.\n\nFollow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE.\n\nOther duties as required to support the needs of the business.\n\nKnowledge and Skills:\n\nHas basic skills training in an analytical/scientific method or operational process.\n\nAbility to read, write, interpret and comprehend documents, and perform basic math calculations.\n\nAbility to perform/operate in a metrics-driven environment.\n\nGeneral computer skills.\n\nWorks independently with minimal guidance.\n\nEffective communication skills at a level co-worker.\n\nMinimal required supervision.\n\nSet priorities among multiple tasks.\n\nWhy Join Us?\nTo find purpose in the possibilities, we need people who can see the bigger picture, who understand the human story that underpins everything we do.
