You’ll partner with design engineering on new product launches, troubleshoot issues through failure analysis, and drive continuous improvements in yield, quality, and cost. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role blending creativity, problem‑solving, and technical expertise in a collaborative, high‑energy environment.\n\nWhat You’ll Do\n\nOwn and develop manufacturing processes, work instructions, and improvements\n\nDiagnose defects and lead corrective actions with Quality and Engineering teams\n\nSupport production, training, and continuous improvement initiatives\n\nCollaborate cross‑functionally on tooling, testing, and new product introductions\n\nUse data and lean methods to optimize performance and efficiency\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\n4+ years in manufacturing/process engineering (mechanical or electromechanical)\n\nBachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in a technical field\n\nHands‑on mindset with strong problem‑solving and communication skills\n\nExperience with lean tools, process documentation, and manufacturing systems (SAP/ERP a plus)\n\nU.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident Required\n\nIf you’re a driven self‑starter who wants ownership, challenge, and growth—this is a great opportunity to build your career with a supportive, collaborative team.\n\nSalary Range\n$90,800.00 – $121,100.00\n\nThe anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
