Apply via Dice today!DescriptionDynamics 365 Business Central Techno-Functional ConsultantWe are seeking a hands-on Dynamics 365 Business Central Techno-Functional Consultant to support and enhance a growing ERP environment. This individual will work closely with business and IT stakeholders to optimize system performance, drive improvements, and align Business Central capabilities with operational needs.This is a hybrid role in Milwaukee, WI, sponsorship is not provided. Nonlocal and C2C candidates please do NOT apply.What You'll DoPartner with stakeholders to gather requirements and assess current-state ERP processesPerform fit/gap analysis and recommend system enhancementsConfigure Business Central across finance, inventory, purchasing, and order managementTranslate business needs into functional and technical design documentationDevelop and maintain AL extensions, customizations, reports, and integrationsSupport integrations (APIs, EDI, web services, cloud platforms)Assist with data migration, testing, UAT, deployments, and upgradesTroubleshoot system issues and optimize performanceCreate documentation and deliver end-user trainingSupport Power BI reporting, analytics strategy, and data insightsRequirementsRequirements: 3+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central and/or NAVStrong understanding of ERP processes (finance, inventory, procurement, sales)Experience with AL development, integrations, and data migrationAbility to translate business requirements into scalable solutionsStrong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skillsComfortable working cross-functionally with both technical and business teamsNice to Have:Microsoft Dynamics certificationExperience with Power Platform, Azure services, or EDIBackground in manufacturing, distribution, or consulting environmentsTechnology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
