Job Description Carlson EyeCare Centers is a growing multi-office optometry practice based in East Tennessee. We are currently hiring an Optometric Technician/Receptionist for our Chattanooga locations. This employee will work at our Northgate Mall location. On-the-job training is provided!What You'll Do:Scheduling eye examsAnswering phonesChecking patients in/outInsurance verification,Preliminary testingObtaining medical historyTeaching first time contact lens wearers insertion and removal of lensesOther patient care tasksWe are currently open six days a week at our Chattanooga locations. Some weekends are REQUIRED and are rotated between techs.
