Preference will be given to applicants with experience and/or a background in the construction industry.\r\nSuperior customer service, teamwork and verbal/written communication skills\r\nEducation and Experience: High School diploma, Trade school certificate preferred\r\nExperience in field service, maintenance and repair preferred\r\nExperience leading maintenance teams\r\nValid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
