This role is focused on maintaining, protecting, and growing existing customer relationships - not building a book from scratch. You will step into a multi-million-dollar portfolio and be responsible for driving customer retention, ensuring strong project execution, and identifying opportunities to expand additional service lines over time. The ideal candidate understands the multi-family environment, is comfortable working in the field, can measure and scope flooring projects, and takes pride in being a trusted partner to their customers.RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:Account Ownership & RetentionTake full ownership of an existing multi-million-dollar book of businessMaintain strong relationships with property managers and key decision-makersEnsure zero customer loss by delivering consistent service and responsivenessAct as the primary point of contact for all account needs Account Growth & ExpansionIdentify opportunities to expand services within existing accountsIntroduce and penetrate additional service lines (turnkey, restoration, etc.)Drive growth by increasing share of wallet across current customers Project Measurement & ExecutionMeasure projects using tools such as CAD or similar systems (Measure Square experience a plus)Scope flooring and renovation work accuratelySupport team members with project measurement when neededEnsure projects are set up for successful execution Team CollaborationPartner closely with sales leadership and hunters who are generating new businessSupport teammates across shared accounts and market needsContribute to overall market growth and stability Systems & ProcessUtilize CRM and internal systems to manage accounts and track activityParticipate in upcoming CRM implementation (Salesforce)Maintain accurate and organized account documentation Qualifications5–10+ years of experience in: Account Management, Project Management, or similar rolesConstruction, flooring, or multi-family services preferredExperience working with multi-family customers strongly preferredAbility to measure and scope projects (CAD, Measure Square, or similar tools)Strong communication and relationship-building skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (required)Comfortable working in the field and managing client relationships in-personSelf-starter who can adapt to new systems and technologyOtherAll offers of employment are contingent upon a background checkValid Driver's License is requiredYour information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelinesCompensation Structure100% commissionOn-Target Earnings (OTE): $100K+ in year oneImmediate earning potential tied to an established $3M–$4M book of businessEarnings driven by:Retaining existing customersExpanding service lines within accountsGrowing overall account revenueAdditional incentives tied to new opportunities and service expansionSalary Description100% commission - OTE $100K+ in year one
