Job Title: Business AnalystLocation: Berkeley Heights, NJ - OnsiteFull-TimeThe candidate selected for this role will be knowledgeable in banking systems and be tasked with working alongside other business analysts and product management to make the ecosystem integration process a delightful experience for both internal and external resources. The Business Analyst's role includes, but is not limited to conducting market analysis, assessing product line gaps, and clearly articulating detail requirements for cross functional staff including development, test, training, sales, and implementations. To succeed in this role the candidate should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesAs part of a small dynamic team, the candidate will be responsible for:Performing requirements analysis and gathering systems informationEffectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and managementGathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reportsDevelop business scope and requirements for new products, features, and revisions to existing products.Perform analysis of various banking systems and understand how they would interact with the Finxact coreUtilizes systems and data to resolve business issues in the most effective and productive manner.Assist in the analysis of competitor's product features, positioning and marketing, benefits and pricing.Provide on-going detailed knowledge and problem resolution to the sales channels and business partners.Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projectsAssist in the analysis of competitor's product features, positioning and marketing, benefits and pricingParticipating in ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategiesStaying up to date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systemsEnsuring solutions meet business needs and requirementsTest and maintain all applications that are part of the banking eco-system Experience Required:5+ years financial services experienceSelf-driven to meet deliverables and project timelinesKnowledge and or experience with a variety of banking applications and detailed understanding of those interactionsRequirements Analysis experienceExperience working with a cross-functional teamExperience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneouslyAbility to provide remote support for our bank customers during live and post live implementations which may include issue resolution and manual maintenanceFamiliarity with Agile methodologies and practice is a plusProject management or product owner experience a plusSoftware Implementation and configuration backgroundBaseline understanding of the principles of technology
