Role Description We are seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our on-site team in Gainesville, GA. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing individualized behavior intervention plans, and providing ongoing supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). This role also involves supporting families through parent education and collaborating with other therapy disciplines to ensure holistic care for clients. Qualifications Strong expertise in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)Experience in Parent Education and Behavior Management strategiesKnowledge and understanding of Psychological principles relevant to behavior therapyBoard Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) and licensure to practice as applicable by state lawExcellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with children, families, and team membersExperience in a pediatric multidisciplinary setting is a plusMaster’s Degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field requiredDedication to improving the quality of life for children and their families
