The Administrative Assistant will support day-to-day office operations, including handling administrative tasks, managing communications, assisting executives with schedules and correspondence, and performing clerical duties. The role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and professionalism to maintain smooth office functionality.QualificationsProficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills for efficiently managing tasks and ensuring operational processes run smoothly.Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling executive correspondence.Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.Proficiency with standard office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).A professional demeanor, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving abilities.High School Diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in administrative support or management are a plus.Prior experience in financial services or related industries is an advantage.
