Field Sales Representative – Permian BasinDiamant Drilling ServicesDiamant Drilling Services, a provider of high-quality PDC drill bits and reamers, has an immediate opportunity for a full-time Field Sales Representative in the Permian Basin area. This role will help support our growth of American-made PDC bits and Reamers throughout the Midland and Delaware basins.Job Responsibilities:Serve as a primary point of contact for Diamant Drilling Services products at the rig level in the Permian Basin.Maintain current customer accounts with invoicing, service, and operational support.Identify new sales opportunities by monitoring market conditions and leads, then communicate those opportunities with the internal team to drive additional business.Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.Self-manage your time effectively and be available for weekend and holiday calls as workload demands.Travel regularly to remote drilling locations and maintain a clean driving record.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Compensation & Benefits:Diamant Drilling Services offers a very competitive base salary + commission pay structure, as well as Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, and 401K Plan.We are looking for a self-motivated, hands-on sales professional who thrives in a competitive, fast-paced rig-level environment.
