Our founding team has deep experience building and exiting health tech companies.\n\nWe’re obsessed with reliability, real impact, and replacing slow legacy systems with software that just works.\n\nThe Role\n\nAnalyze, design, and optimize complex computer systems supporting Arini AI’s enterprise healthcare platform. Evaluate system requirements, data flows, and operational processes to improve scalability, reliability, and workflow automation for dental and healthcare organizations. Develop system architectures, technical specifications, and performance models supporting patient communications, scheduling, insurance verification, and enterprise operations. Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to implement, test, and validate system solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support large-scale healthcare workflows. In person required.\n\nRequirements: Employer will accept a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field, and 3 years of experience in the job offered or a computer-systems related occupation.\n\nAny amount of experience in the additional requirements below will be acceptable unless a specific amount is noted. Prior academic background or work experience to include the following skills:\n\nComputer systems analysis, requirements gathering, and technical specification development;\n\nSystem architecture design, including distributed, cloud-based, and multi-tenant software systems;\n\nDatabase design, data modeling, and SQL-based data analysis;\n\nBusiness process modeling, workflow automation, and system integration design;\n\nCloud computing platforms and infrastructure services, including Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP); and,\n\nSystem performance evaluation, capacity planning, and reliability analysis for enterprise software applications.\n\nBenefits\n\nCompetitive salary with meaningful equity\n\nCompany culture: we play a different game.
