This is a fully remote position responsible for Development of applications including management, enhancement, integration, implementation, maintenance, modernization, data integrity and infrastructure support for enterprise applications.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nConfigure out-of-the-box workflows and create/maintain custom workflows\nBuild reports, dashboards, and views\nRapidly prototype new solutions to demonstrate Dynamics capabilities to our clients\nDesign, configure, test and deploy changes to database entities, fields, screens, forms, workflows, reports, and dashboards.\nDevelop and enhance high-quality code for full-lifecycle applications, incorporating updates based on user requests.\nManage D365 security protocols.\nShare knowledge and expertise with team members, serving as a mentor to help the team grow.\nCollaborate on a range of activities including development, testing, and automation to achieve team goals.\nAid in the requirements gathering, analysis, design, configuration, implementation, testing, and support of Microsoft D365 and Power Platform solutions.\nDemonstrated experience in Microsoft Dynamics365 customization, configuration, development, deployment, and usage.\nStrong experience with troubleshooting and remediation of technical issues Dynamics 365 issues; document solutions, and work with system administrators and other IT resources to implement fixes.\nDevelop and disseminate documentation (requirements, recommendations, technical analysis, etc.) on platform usage.\nPrepare mockups/prototypes based on requirements and use knowledge of Power Platform features/tools to offer solutions that meet business needs.\nContribute to improving the processes and policies within program.\nPeer review code written by other ETL Developers\nEnsure solutions are appropriately configured, available, and accessible for users\nOther duties as assigned.\n\nRequirements\n\nBachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering or technical discipline\n5 years relevant experience.\nProficient working with D365, PowerApps, and Power BI\nOutstanding written and verbal communication skills\nExpert communication and client management skills\nSelf-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized\nStrong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills\nFlexible, able to adapt to different customer groups and expectations\nExperience working in and with cross-functional teams\nOutcome-oriented approach focused on delivering value to end users backed by measurable, data-driven results\nU.S. Citizenship; Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance\n\nAbout Pingwind\n\nPingWind is focused on delivering outstanding services to the federal government.
