Participants are working to develop and improve new products in Refrigeration, Cooking, Dishwashers, Air Conditioning, and Washers and Dryers. Participants work closely with manufacturing and product management to integrate product designs that meet customer needs. The core engineering skills gained in assignments- such PCB design, testing, implementation, small project management- are enhanced through advanced courses in engineering and mentoring from assignment leaders. All of this prepares members with the technical and professional skills needed to grow your career in engineering. The program starts in January 2027.Responsibilities:A three-year entry-level program providing at least three technical rotational assignmentsAssignments are engineering positions in various Technology positions throughout the companyTechnical problem-solving skills developed via advanced engineering coursework, formal reports, and presentations to senior leadershipObtaining a Master’s Degree in Engineering is a requirement of the program and is paid for by the company. The company partners with the local university and you attend on site and customized classes to match the needs of the program.Preferred Qualifications:Strong interpersonal and communication skillsDesire and ability to continue learningCommitted to a Technical Engineering ProgramSolid analytical skills and understanding of electrical schematics and symbolsCompetence in using electronic tools such as soldering iron and multimeterStrong work ethicCompleted two or more co-op or intern experiences prior to graduationRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or better in Electrical Engineering or related engineering degreeCumulative GPA >= 3.0 (out of 4.0)Unrestricted authorization to work in the United StatesPositions located in Louisville, KYPerks & Benefits:Flexible hoursCompensation:The compensation for this role is $70,000–$75,000 per year.Procedure:We are an HR consultancy firm, and we help candidates match with the potential roles by using an Artificial Intelligence System which is free of cost.
