With a focus on modern Pilates, authentic relationships, mindfulness, and intentional living, JETSET Pilates prioritizes well-being and promotes a holistic approach to health and fitness.Role DescriptionAs the General Manager, you will oversee the daily operations and success of a JETSET Pilates studio in Doral, FL. This full-time, on-site role includes responsibilities such as team leadership, managing studio operations, implementing growth strategies, ensuring an outstanding client experience, and meeting financial goals. You will also coordinate classes, support marketing efforts, and promote member engagement to foster a welcoming and energetic community.The General Manager is expected to undergo the JETSET Pilates training program and instructs an average of 8 classes per week. The expectation of the General Manager is that in addition to instructing 8 classes per week on average, they are in the studio during class times for a minimum of 25 classes each week.QualificationsProven leadership and management skills, including team building, supervision, and staff development.Experience with operations management, financial oversight, scheduling, and administrative tasks.Strong interpersonal and communication skills for fostering client satisfaction and team relations.Skills in marketing, customer retention, and community engagement to drive memberships and build relationships.Detail-oriented with organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Passion for health, fitness, Pilates, or wellness is highly desirable.Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field is a plus.Prior experience managing fitness, lifestyle, or wellness facilities is advantageous.
