Therapist - Occupational Therapy Assistant

Job Description Job Summary: Provide occupational therapy assistance to patients under the supervision of a licensed therapist. Support treatment plans and contribute to patient recovery and functional improvement. Responsibilities: Implement and monitor therapy routines aligned with the treatment plan.Assist patients with therapeutic activities to promote independence.Document patient progress and communicate findings to supervising clinicians.Maintain clean and organized therapy environments.Adhere to safety and confidentiality protocols. Qualifications: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) credential required.Previous experience in outpatient or acute care settings preferred.Strong understanding of therapeutic techniques and patient care standards.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
