Their team works together to ensure every order is packed and shipped with care while maintaining a positive and efficient warehouse environment.What You’ll Do:Pick, pack, and ship e-commerce and subscription box orders accurately and efficientlyFollow daily fulfillment schedules and production prioritiesUtilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to verify and process inventoryLabel and prepare shipments using shipping software and warehouse equipmentAssist with receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory and suppliesMaintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused workspaceCommunicate with Leads and team members to ensure orders are completed on timeReport damaged products, shortages, or quality concerns promptlyWhat’s In It for You:Stable full-time opportunity with a growing companyTeam-oriented and supportive work environmentOpportunity to learn warehouse and fulfillment operationsCross-training and advancement opportunitiesFast-paced environment with variety in daily tasksWhat You Need to Have:High school diploma or GED preferredPrevious warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, packing, or production experience is a plusBasic computer and data entry skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to stay organizedAbility to work independently and as part of a teamThe Musts:Ability to stand and walk for entire shiftAbility to lift up to 50 lbs regularlyReliable attendance and punctualityAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsPositive attitude and strong work ethicPreferred:Experience using RF scanners or WMS systemsPrevious e-commerce or subscription fulfillment experienceExperience in shipping, receiving, or inventory controlNext Steps:Please respond with an updated resume!
