Through hands-on training, mentorship, and a culture of internal promotion, we empower you to reach your full potential and contribute to projects that truly matter.\nJob Summary\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a/an CNC Programmer in USA, Fontana Ca.\nReporting to Production Manager, the CNC Programmer is responsible for using CAD software to convert fabrication drawings into machinable parts on the CNC machines (punch press, laser, and press brake).\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nRead technical drawings and convert 2D and 3D drawings into mechanical components on the CNC machines (punch press, laser, and press brake machines)\nRecommend scheduled machine runs to provide the highest output of production\nVerify cutting tools and cutting sequences\nComplete all production, programming, and quality control documentation, as required\nTroubleshoot and resolve programming issues as they arise\nOperate the CNC machines as needed.\nComplete other related duties as assigned\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent\n3+ years’ experience in a related field\nStrong attention to detail and ability to perform work accurately\nFamiliarity with interpreting technical drawings and blueprints\nBasic math skills to meet technical specifications and measurements\nExcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines\nProficient with CAD Software and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)\nWhat the physical requirements are:\nPhysically able to operate the press brake.\nProlonged periods of standing, pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying materials.\nMust be able to lift 35 pounds at a time\nMust wear PPE, such as gloves, safety glasses, hard hat, and ear protection, while working on the production floor\n#LI-GB1\nWhat you'll receive for the great work you provide:\nFull range of medical, dental, and vision plans\nLife Insurance\nShort-term and Long-term Disability\nMatching 401(k) Contributions\nVacation and Paid Sick Time\nTuition Reimbursement\nPay Range (Applicable to California)\n$21.06 USD - $28.96 USD Hourly\nJob Category\nOperations\nIs Sponsorship Available?\nNo\nCrown is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
