The PM provides solutions to complex technical challenges associated with establishing an ePMO on a new directorate allowing to see insight through KPIs in a service now dashboard. Establishing a SharePoint gateway for organizational artifacts, and ensuring the governance established through the organization ePMO.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nProvide Agile Project Management support by standards established by Project Management Institute.\nMonitor the performance of contract tasks, projects, and operational functions notifying the government of risks and deviations as they are identified.\nAble to have a strong rapport with appropriate client management personnel, other managers, and client agency representatives.\nInterface directly with the key stakeholders and be responsible for ensuring that the services and deliverables required are provided by the performance standards established within the Service Level Agreements (SLAs).\nResponsible for the management of Impyrian personnel resources supporting the contract.\nInterface with both internal and external teams (Government and Vendor) to effectively manage, track, and report on all activities under this contract.\nLead in business process and systems analysis, design, improvement, and implementation efforts.\nTranslate business process needs into technical requirements.\nLead the operations, maintenance, and enhancements of the project portfolio dashboard product.\nProvide dashboards and statistical reports\nConduct testing and update necessary documentation including user manuals.\nAnalyze the portfolio and project data ensuring quality data.\nWorked with various customized client applications.\nCommunicates task assignments to all project personnel.\nDrives the resolution of issues and holds self and team accountable for results.\nResponsible for the development of project task schedules and coordination and completion of projects on time, within budget, and within scope.\nSupervises preparation, submission, and accuracy of all required contract and project deliverables.\nProvides support or leads activities for accomplishing deliverables for projects and tasks when needed.\nManages, tracks, and reports on all assigned project tasks and subtasks in a timely and professional manner.\nManages changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.\nREQUIREMENTS\nBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field required\nAbility to obtain Public Trust\nPMP Certifications are required\nExperience with meeting/video conferencing tools (Microsoft Teams, Webex, etc.)\n5+ years of Project/Program Management experience in an Information Technology field.\nMust have experience setting up and managing a Program Management Office preferably at the enterprise level (ePMO)\nExperience with establishing and managing executive-level relationships.\nExperience in enterprise strategic planning, budgeting, and communication\nProficient in Microsoft Products (Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).\nExcellent communication, writing, and presentation skills at the executive level\nSome level of technical knowledge\nExperience bringing value-added (verbiage)\nPREFERRED SKILLS EDUCATION & EXP\nPreferred experience gathering technical requirements or managing a technical project\nGraduate degree preferred but not required\nCSM preferred\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS\nProlonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.\nProlonged periods using a phone or other forms of business communication\nMust be able to lift to 15 pounds at times.\nBENEFITS\nImpyrian offers an excellent benefits packageand ample growth opportunities.\n(to learn more visit https://impyrian.com/join-our-team)\nImpyrian proudly welcomes ALL protected status candidates including disabled and veterans.\nJob Type: Full-time\nPay: $78,000.00 -
