We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production Coordinator to join our team and support our factory scheduling and production operations. Job Summary: The Production Coordinator will be responsible for managing multiple email inboxes and handling phone calls related to production and the scheduling of orders. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage and monitor multiple email inboxes, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Answer and direct phone calls related to production and order scheduling. Coordinate and schedule production orders, ensuring all deadlines are met. Maintain and update production schedules and records. Communicate with production teams, sales / customer service departments, and clients to confirm order details and timelines. Assist in preparing and distributing production reports and documentation. Handle any administrative tasks related to production and scheduling as needed. Provide general administrative support to the production team. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in manufacturing is a plus.
