Join us!\n\nWhat we’re seeking:\nAs part of our ForMe Rewards expansion strategy, the Senior Program Enablement Manager will play a pivotal role that involves cultivating relationships, driving Mobile App and Rewards Program growth, and ensuring the overall success of our program and related workstreams. The Senior Program Enablement Manager provides Loyalty Channel leaders and team members with Rewards Program partner/offer development support. Through the creation and execution of extensive business plans, they will negotiate Rewards partnerships to bring into our existing ‘ForMe Rewards’ Program. These partnerships will help drive incremental Rewards to users, visits & success of the entire program metric model.\nNegotiation is only the first step, as the Program Enablement Senior Manager will then contractually and logistically onboard partners and their offers, using detailed business cases to prioritize, develop, and implement a detailed Go-to-Market plan. Partnering with direct and external Rewards Program stakeholders & Channel leaders in Marketing, Product, Legal, & more, the Senior Program Enablement Manager will develop and execute impactful, data-driven programs for transforming the merchant-partner process. Success is measured by the overall business impact of these programs and cross-functional collaboration.
