Key Responsibilities. Functional ExpertiseWork on end-to-end implementation/support of: R2R (Record to Report) – GL, FA, Cash Management O2C (Order to Cash) – Order Management, AR, Billing P2P (Procure to Pay) – Procurement, AP, Supplier Management PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) – Product Data Hub, Innovation Management HCM (Human Capital Management) – Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specificationsConfigure Oracle Fusion modules as per business needs?? QualificationsBachelor's degree in IT, HR, Business, or related fieldMBA or HR specialization (preferred)PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certifications (strong advantage)
