The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large field teams, working with various MHE integrators, and ensuring safety and quality on fast-paced job sites.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and lead teams of 50+ field employees on large-scale MHE projects.Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure timely and quality installations.Maintain and enforce safety protocols and daily documentation.Travel 100% of the time to project sites across the U.S. (with paid trips home).Mentor junior staff and promote a culture of safety and accountability.Preferred Qualifications10+ years of experience in conveyor/material handling systems.Experience with multiple MHE integrators.Demonstrated progressive leadership responsibilities.Electrical license (preferred).Certifications:OSHA 10/30NFPA 70EEquipment operation trainingStrong computer skills:Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word3D model viewers (e.g., Navisworks, BIM 360)Excellent communication skills: bilingual is a plus.Deep understanding of daily safety paperwork and policies.Must provide professional references.BenefitsCompetitive compensationFull benefits packagePaid travel and accommodationsPaid trips homeOpportunities for advancementApply NowIf you're a driven leader with a passion for safety, quality, and teamwork, we want to hear from you.Company DescriptionFletchline, Inc. is a trusted mechanical installation company specializing in conveyor systems, robotics, material handling equipment, platforms, and structural steel.
