This is atemporary-to-permanent opportunityfor candidates looking to grow with our organization.Job Responsibilities:Assist the press operator and roll tender in daily printing operations\r\nAssist in the operation and maintenance of the press\r\nFollow the production schedule for printing jobs\r\nReview job bags to obtain correct job information for stacker setup\r\nEnsure the correct load flags are being used\r\nComplete all required information on load flags, including initials, shift, bundle quantities, pallet counts, and net amounts\r\nIdentify office copies using yellow O.C. flags and red crayon markings\r\nEnsure proper pallets and end boards are used for the product being produced\r\nProperly identify outside binds and use the correct pallets\r\nCheck signatures for proper pagination and quality\r\nContinuously monitor jobs to ensure customer requirements are met\r\nComplete skid logs and return them to the job bag\r\nFill in required information in the communication logbook\r\nMaintain a clean and organized production area\r\nSet up the stacker to maximize bundle quality and minimize product damageRequirements:Must be reliable with strong attendance and punctuality\r\nExcellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines\r\nPositive communication and teamwork skills\r\nSafety and quality minded\r\nAbility to work with minimal supervisionBenefits Upon Permanent Hire Include:Medical, dental, and vision coverage\r\nCompany-paid life insurance\r\nPaid time off and company-paid holidays\r\n401(k) with company match\r\nEmployee Assistance Program\r\nEmployee recognition programs\r\nAnd more!Join the Command Robbinsville team and become part of one of the most exciting manufacturing environments in the industry.
